Limits of Confidentiality

  • Threat of harm to others: If a client poses a serious and credible threat of physical harm to another person, we must notify law enforcement and may warn the intended victim.

  • Court orders: A court may require the release of records. Only the minimum information legally necessary will be disclosed.
